Avem nevoie de iaurt, un iaurt bun, gras in care punem sos tahini, amestecam si gustam, fiecare pune dupa gustul personal (250 gr iaurt cu 1 lingura de tahini), sare putina zeama de lamaie, cine vrea poate sa puna si usturoi strivit ca pentru mujdei sau ras pe razatoare ( eu nu am pus). Se amesteca bine si se serveste in farfurie cu ulei de masline. Se orneaza dupa gust, eu am pus seminte de susan, sumac, putina menta si boabe de rodie

We need yogurt—a good, full-fat yogurt—to which we add tahini. Mix and taste, adjusting the amount to your preference (about 250 g yogurt with 1 tablespoon tahini). Add a little salt and lemon juice; if you like, you can also add crushed garlic, mashed as for aioli or grated (I didn’t add any). Mix everything well and serve on a plate with olive oil on top. Garnish as you like; I used sesame seeds, sumac, a bit of mint, and pomegranate seeds.
