Dolce con la zucca - Placinta cu dovleac - Pumpkin flat pie





Ingredienti 

impasto:

300 gr farina
100 gr strutto
1 bustina lievito per dolci
1 uovo
latte q.b. 

 ripieno:
zucca a cubetti cotta nel forno, schiacciata con la forchetta  son zucchero e cannella 
noci o /e uvetta

ingrediente :

300 gr faina
100 gr untura
1 plic de praf de copt 
1 ou
lapte cat e nevoie , se pune cu lingura si se framanta, daca nu e nevoie nu se pune

dovleac cuburi, copt in cuptor, strivit cu furculita, amestecat cu zahar dupa gust si un pic de scortisoara, nuci si /sau stafide

Se intinde foi se umplu cu umplutura de dovleac, se acopera cu a doua foaie, care se inteapa cu furculita din loc in loc  si se coace la 180°C pana e aurie

Ingredients:
 
for the dough
 300 g flour, 100 g lard, 1 packet of baking powder, 1 egg, milk as needed. 

Filling: pumpkin cut into cubes and baked in the oven, then mashed with a fork with sugar and cinnamon, plus walnuts and/or raisins.

Roll out one sheet of dough and spread it with the pumpkin filling, cover with the second sheet, prick it with a fork in several places, and bake at 180 °C until golden.
