Cornulete "Valerica "

 

Ingredienti:

300 gr farina 00
yogurt o panna acida quanto basta
4 tuorli
150 gr strutto o burro
1 cucchiaio lievito per dolci
100 gr zucchero

Frullate zucchero con tuorli, aggiungete strutto/burro, farina, lievito per ultimo lo yogurt o panna acida quanto basta ( o cucchiai) per ottenere una frolla. 
Lasciate 30 minuti a freddo
Stendete e tagliate a triangoli, riempite di mostarda bolognese o marmellata  e arrotolate.
Cuocete nel forno caldo a 180°C pochi minuti, solo fino quando diventano dorati, si induriscono mentre si raffreddano

Ingrediente :

300 gr faina
iaurt sau smantana cat e nevoie
4 galbenusuri
150 gr untura
1 lingura praf de copt
100 gr zahar

 umplute cu gem

aluatul se tine minim 30 minute la rece
se coc doar pana cand sunt aurii, se mai intaresc la racire

Ingredients: 
300 g all-purpose flour, yogurt or sour cream as needed, 4 egg yolks, 150 g lard or butter, 1 tablespoon baking powder, 100 g sugar. 

Blend the sugar with the yolks, add the lard or butter, the flour, the baking powder, and finally enough yogurt or sour cream (a few spoonfuls) to obtain a shortcrust dough. Let it rest in the fridge for 30 minutes. Roll it out and cut into triangles, fill with Bolognese mostarda or jam and roll them up. 
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for a few minutes, just until golden; they will firm up as they cool.
