Ingredienti:
1 e 1/2 cup farina di polenta fiorretto
1 e 1/2 cup farina di polenta fiorretto
1/2 cup semolino
3/4 cup farina
1/2 cup iaurt
3/4 cup lapte
1/2 busta lievito per dolci
2 uova
ciliegie e frutta di bosco surgelate e passate nella farina o amido
Mescolare tutto, versare nella teglia imburrata e infarinata e mettere sopra la frutta . Infornate a 180°C quanto basta, fatte la prova stecchino

Amestecate toate ingredientele si varsata compozitia in tava unsa si presarata cu faina, copt la 180°C cat e nevoie, faceti proba cu scobitoarea

1 1/2 cups fine cornmeal (farina di polenta fioretto), 1/2 cup semolina, 3/4 cup flour, 1/2 cup yogurt, 3/4 cup milk, half a packet of baking powder, and 2 eggs.
Use frozen cherries and mixed berries, lightly coated in flour or starch so they don’t sink during baking.
Mix all the ingredients together, pour the batter into a buttered and floured pan, and distribute the fruit evenly on top. Bake at 180°C until done, checking with a toothpick to make sure the cake is cooked through.
