Prepare the dough by mixing 200 g of flour with 100 ml of water, 2 tablespoons of oil, a pinch of salt, and 1/4 teaspoon of baking powder for savory pies. Mix until smooth and let it rest while you make the filling.
For the filling, slice 200 g of leek and sauté it in a pan with a little oil and salt until soft. Let it cool, then combine it with 50 g of crumbled feta.
