Ingredienti :
1 tazza strutto

zucchero vanigliato

scaldate il forno a 180°C e infornate a 170°C , devono essere dorati. Una volta tolti dal forno, caldi spolverate di zucchero a velo e lasciateli raffreddare

Cornulete, small shortcrust pastries made with lard and sour cream and filled with sugar-free plum jam prepared last year by my friend Oana — and also she gave me her aunt’s recipe.
Ingredients:
1 cup lard
3 cups flour
1/3 cup sugar
4 egg yolks
2 tablespoons sour cream
1 packet baking powder
vanilla sugar
grated zest of one orange
filling: plum jam
powdered sugar for finishing
Note: 1 cup (U.S. measurement, 200 ml).
Preheat the oven to 180°C and bake at 170°C; they should turn golden. Once out of the oven, dust them with powdered sugar while still warm and let them cool.
