Ingredienti:
300 gr farina 00
150 gr farina integrale
1 cucchiaino sale
2 cucchiaini lievito per torte salate
2 uova
50 ml olio
150 ml yogurt
pomodori secchi
salame ( o cubetti di pancetta)
basilico
150 gr formaggio feta
Spennelliamo di olio le forme di muffins. Ammalgamiamo la farina, il sale, il lievito aggiungiamo le uova, il yogurt, l'impasto si divide in tutte le forme di muffins. I pomodori, il formaggio e il salame tagliati a pezzettini. Mettiamo un pezzo nell'impasto Inforniamo a 200°C per 20 minuti

150 gr faina de graham, sau neagra sau orice altceva ai
1 lingurita sare
2 lingurite praf de copt
2 oua
50 ml ulei
150 ml iaurt sau lapte batut
cateva rosii uscate
6 felii de salam ( sau cuburi de sunculita, pancetta)
2 linguri busuioc proaspat tocat marunt
150 gr branza feta sau orice altceva
preparare:
Pune formele de muffin pe tava si poate le dai cu ceva ulei daca crezi ca mai este necesar. Amesteci faina, sarea, praful de copt intr.un castron. Se adauga ouale, uleiul, iaurtul sau lapte batut in fuctie de ce au si se amesteca repede pana se formeaza o coca. Se imparte coca in mod egal in formele de muffins. Se toaca rosiile uscate, se marunteste branza si se toaca marunt salamul.Se infige in fiecare muffin cateva bucatele de rosii, branza si salam. Se coc la cuptor in mijloc la 200 de grade 20 de minute.
